Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently sweeping the world, including Indonesia, made the government make the decision to implement PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) by asking people to stay at home, including the learning process at school. The learning process carried out online or online indirectly makes students adapt to the new learning process. Students are required to be able to do self-regulation in learning (self regulated learning). Self regulated learning is important for students, especially when learning is carried out online. This study aims to obtain a picture of self-regulated learning of class XI SMK students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative-descriptive study using a survey method. The instrument used was a self-regulated learning questionnaire which had 23 statement items. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire on google form which was given to students of class XI Fashion Design Vocational Schools. The results of the SRL research for students of class XI Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru during the pandemic were 17% students with high SRL, 53% students with moderate SRL and 30% students with low SRL. tudent's SRL is low on indicators of evaluating learning processes and outcomes as well as self-efficacy (self-concept), this is influenced by individual, behavioral and environmental factors.

Abstract

This study disscusses student’s errors in completing mathematical problems based on Newman’s Errror Analysis and Polya Theory. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study are 78 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Cirebon. The study uses tests and interviews as data collection techniques. Students take a test to determine their mathematical ability, and the test uses sequence and series as subjects. There are 3 phases in collecting data: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Outline of Error analysis is created using five types of student mathematical error of Newman's Error Analysis and four types of student mathematical error of Polya Theory. The study results based on Newman's Error Analysis are errors reading by 1%, error understanding by 0%, error transforms by 3%, error processing ability by 5%, and error encoding by 7%. As the result of the study based Polya theory, errors when understanding the problem by 31%, errors when devising a plan by 11%, errors when carrying out the plan by 9%, and errors when Looking back by 33%. The result of the interview shows that the error occurs when students don’t do calculations carefully, don’t learn the formula, and cannot distinguish between sequence and series. Students also have a lack of understanding when completing the problem about compound interest.

Abstract

The flood retention pond in the city of Samarinda, is a body of stagnant water (lentik), the flow of water is not so large that it affects the life of the organisms in it. The research was carried out in December 2020 - March 2021 at three stations using the method Purposive sampling. The composition of phytoplankton species consisted of Chlorophyceae, Dictyochophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Bacillariophyceae (Diatom), Euglenophyceae, Dinophyceae, Trebouxiophyceae. There are three classes of phytoplankton with relatively high abundance, namely Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae and Bacillariophyceae (Diatoms). At the moment of condition rain the highest species abundance at station 1 was Eutonia sp. from the Bacillariophyceae (Diatom) class, at station 2 the species of Merismopedia punctata from the Cyanophyceae class and at station 3 Merismopedia punctata from class Cyanophyceae. When conditions are not raining, the highest species abundance at station 1 is Eutonia sp. from the Bacillariophyceae (Diatom) class, at station 2 the species of Merismopedia punctata is from the Cyanophyceae class and at station 3 is the Merismopedia punctata species from the Cyanophyceae class. TSI analysis when it rains and does not rain have an average index value ranged from 10,46 – 17,79, the eutrophication status is in the Oligotrophic category. The water quality factor that forces the eutrophication status in this pond is related to the relatively high nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) nutrients.
